Your Challenges


Co-develop innovative electrical high-tech components for Aerospace applications


Collaborate closely with international customers and best-in-class project teams - from concept to series production


Represent SCHURTER and our products at international trade fairs and technical conferences


Lead technical aspects of customer-specific developments and projects


Continuously improve the product and technology portfolio for Aerospace - with a strong focus on market needs and technological progress


Your Qualification


Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or related field (HF, FH, ETH or equivalent)


Experience in aerospace, automotive, or industrial environments is a plus


Proficiency in eCAD (e.g. Altium) and simulation tools (e.g. LTspice, COMSOL)


Strong communication skills in German and/or English


Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for international representation and collaboration


A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with innovation spirit and team orientation
