What You'll Do

Maintain and continuously improve the Requirements Engineering methodology


Be responsible for the ALM tool Codebeamer (as Requirements and Verification Management tool)


Support the Codebeamer rollout in the organization, migrating requirements from other databases and troubleshooting tool's issues


Train and provide support regarding the Codebeamer application to project teams


Manage and maintain Codebeamer configurations, build reports and dashboards (automatically generated from the tool)


Develop and deploy REST API scripts and templates for use with the Codebeamer requirements database


Develop and implement common best practices for Codebeamer to support requirements management throughout the organization.


Who You Are

Master's/Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical field


Excellent knowledge of Requirements Engineering with a minimum of 3 years related experience


Fluent in the use of Codebeamer or any other Requirements Management tool is a must


Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering (IREB Foundation and Advanced) is a plus


Knowledge and experience of REST API/Python programming language


Knowledge of Jira/Confluence is a plus


Very good written and spoken English skills (German is a plus)


Strong interpersonal skills as well as excellent communication skills. Open, yet persistent and assertive


Entrepreneurial thinking & acting personality with high service orientation
