The Stretching class is the place where you can get more flexible which is a good way to avoid injuries. We are going to learn doing splits, bridge and much more.
No matter how old you are, which
body type you have, you will be surprised how much secret power hides inside you. The stretching class is split into two levels: beginner and advance. The class is for all body types.
