The apartment is very well located, just at 5' walking to the university and 5-7' walking distance from the main supermarkets (coop, migros, lidl, denner) . The city center and the lake are not far either - at 15' walking distance too.

The kitchen is full equipped (oven, microwave, fridge, etc. - but no dishwasher) and the bathroom has bidet plus the option to connect a washing machine. The apartment includes a cantine downstairs and it has a common are for washing machine and dryer.

Preference to tenants that buy the furniture (everything is available but the TV) - price to be discussed.

Additional expenses: 120 CHF per month (electricity excluded) .

Flexible availability but preference within 2 weeks-1month approximately.
